The AmTrust Group of Auto Glass insurance carriers and its sister company, Warrantech, will now be supporting the Nation's Glass Exchange's Windshield Replacement Protection Plans. Through the new agreement, AmTrust will give the underwriting of NGE's products, and Warrantech will manage claims administration for the programs. 

NGE is an auto glass industry services and products provider located in Clovis, Calif. It concentrates on systems and services for insurance corporations, auto agents and the glass industry. NGE's Windshield Replacement Protection collection of offerings provides a route for insurance corporations to manage their auto glass programs. Insurance firms can now offer their customers a fresh Windshield Replacement Protection Plan for auto glass repair and replacement. 

Over the past year, NGE and AmTrust, an underwriter of warranty programs across many sectors, including automobile speciality risk coverage, have been collaborating to secure regulatory compliance in all states. NGE plans to introduce its product portfolio in the second half of 2012. Windshield Replacement Protection Plans will initially be sold through insurance carriers and auto dealers.
