Q. Can a repair-only shop join the network?
A. Yes. We believe in appropriate repairs that meet accepted standards of quality. If you repair only, or repair and replace, or replace only, you are welcome to join the network.
We sell repairs when the damage fits under a 25 cent coin (one inch), is fresh and not contaminated, and is not in the driver's direct line of sight. If it doesn't meet those criteria, it's a candidate for replacement.
In your shop, you are free to sell any repair you like, as long as it meets the accepted standard as dictated by the National Windshield Repair Association.
Q. Do you guarantee that I will make money in the network?
A. No. We will send you live phone calls from potential customers who have found the network on the Internet. It is your prospect and you must sell them whatever service you will eventually perform.
If you need assistance in how to sell the customer, contact us and we'll try to help you. Our shop receives approximately 100 to 150 phone calls each working day and usually converts at least 15% of those calls into sales.
Q. Does the network take part of my revenue from the jobs I do?
A. No. Members pay a flat monthly rate for calls. Every dollar you make on the job that you perform is yours to keep. Think of the network as the yellow pages. You pay a monthly fee and then try to sell your products to those prospects who call you.
Q. How do I get calls?
A. We generate calls to your phone number by advertising on the Internet. If you prefer to track your calls, you can buy a phone number from us and get call reports for that phone number. Calls to that number will be forwarded to your regular line and generate a record for you to analyze.
